Head Plant HR & Industrial Relations
Job Summary:
The Head Plant HR & IR at Eternis will spearhead the execution of HR
strategies across our manufacturing plants. This pivotal role aims to
cultivate positive employee relations, facilitate talent management, and
ensure adherence to compliance standards, all while driving operational
excellence in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive harmonious industrial relations by fostering effective employee
relations with all categories of staff within the plant and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations, interacting regularly
with unions, department heads, and management.

Negotiate timely settlements with unions, providing mediation and counseling
as necessary, while addressing disciplinary measures when required.

Coordinate with government authorities and legal representatives to manage
litigations and statutory compliance across various labor laws.

Oversee statutory compliance management, ensuring adherence to labor
regulations, QMS, and EHS standards.

Manage recruitment processes for technician, officer, and executive roles,
ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring.

Facilitate performance management reviews and the implementation of HR
policies, promoting employee training and development initiatives.
Requirements:

Graduate degree in a relevant discipline, with an MBA in HR, MSW, or a
Master's in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations as a minimum.

15 years of experience in HR roles within chemical manufacturing
environments, particularly in factory settings.

Proven experience with labor laws, collective bargaining, and interaction
with union organizations and government authorities.

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to labor regulations and a
track record of maintaining statutory obligations.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships
with various internal and external stakeholders.

Capability in performance management systems and the execution of HR
initiatives effectively.

Experience in payroll management, overseeing monthly payroll activities,
compliance, and audits.
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in Customer Service, CRM, or Sales to enhance
interpersonal engagement.

Hands-on experience with corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives
and community relations.

Expertise in contract labor and facility management to optimize operational
efficiency.
