Position: Product Manager – Conversational Intelligence & Agentic Data Layer
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 5-10 years in data, AI, and enterprise product management
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our transformation initiative in the sales domain. You'll work alongside a Senior Product Manager to build a smart knowledge layer that powers conversational intelligence and agentic capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and shape a knowledge graph that captures key business signals (competitive insights, promotional offers, customer objections) to enhance sales, marketing, and customer service interactions
- Support the Senior PM in translating product strategy into actionable plans
- Research how conversational intelligence is being used across the industry and bring those insights to our product
- Help expand and scale conversational capabilities across customer touchpoints like email, chat, and other channels
- Work with structured enterprise data and ensure the product foundation is built to grow
What We're Looking For
- Sales domain or CRM experience (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
- Solid understanding of data and AI products
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP
- Ability to work comfortably with structured enterprise data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on execution
