P2P Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled P2P Team Lead with over 8 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay operations and at least 4 years in team management. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless P2P processes within our organization, positively impacting client relationships and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day P2P operations, focusing on invoice processing, vendor management, purchase orders, and payment activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of P2P professionals, promoting productivity, quality assurance, and adherence to SLAs.
• Provide hands-on support for SAP P2P processes and troubleshoot process/system-related issues effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance against established KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, handling queries and escalations with timely resolutions.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and other relevant teams to ensure process alignment.
• Identify process gaps and champion process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure compliance with process controls, policies, and client requirements to maintain service integrity.

Requirements:

• B.Com Graduate – Mandatory.
• 8+ years of total experience, preferably in P2P/Accounts Payable operations.
• 4+ years of team handling/people management experience – Mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of P2P processes including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoice Processing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Availability to work in UK shifts and willingness to work from the office.

• Experience in process improvement and standardization within P2P operations.
• Strong background in client management and building robust stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in P2P tools and technologies beyond SAP.
• Track record of successful team development and managing high-performing teams.
