VP - F&A Operations

The role is a combination of core Finance & Accounting knowledge with strong digital, automation and AI capabilities.

• Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA or similar qualification
• At least 15 years of demonstrated experience in Finance & Accounting
• End-to-end processes understanding across multi-towers in Finance & Accounts – P2P, O2C and R2R
• Knowledge of leading Digital / AI tools in F&A
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities
• Proven capability in redesigning / reimagining processes, including embedding Digital / AI in the workflow
• Experience in delivering automation projects using Digital/AI interventions and has innovative mindset
• Ability to lead, network and independently navigate in a complex organization structure
• Collaborate with business, digital team, client, and external partners, as needed
• Stakeholder management
