Supply Chain Lead

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and organizational goals.

·        Manage the complete procurement cycle for solar EPC projects — including sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and contracting.

·        Identify and develop a reliable vendor base for solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, transformers, and BOS components.

·        Evaluate supplier performance on parameters such as cost, quality, delivery, and service.

·        Coordinate with engineering, project execution, and finance teams for material planning and budgeting.

·        Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory regulations.

·        Manage procurement for both domestic and international sourcing requirements.

·        Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.

·        Prepare and analyze RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.

·        Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure a seamless supply chain.

·        Support logistics coordination, material tracking, and project site deliveries.
