Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba AMS Team Lead with strong functional expertise and people leadership skills. This is a support-focused role with responsibility for managing AMS operations, driving improvements, and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP Ariba AMS support activities

• Provide hands-on support for SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing (P2P) processes

• Support and troubleshoot Ariba downstream processes

• Handle Ariba–Oracle EBS integrations

• Drive process improvements, minor enhancements, and optimization initiatives

• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and ensure SLA adherence

• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba

• Strong knowledge of P2P processes (Buying & Invoicing)

• Experience in SAP Ariba implementation and AMS support

• Exposure to downstream integrations , especially Oracle EBS

• Proven experience in team handling and stakeholder management
