Roles & Responsibilities:

•         Independently drafting, negotiating and finalization of agreements, contracts, Power Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, EPC contracts, Tender documents, Commercial Contracts, O&M Agreements, Bank Guarantees, NDAs, financial documents etc. of the Company.

•          Review of regulatory correspondence as well as correspondence with customers, etc.

•          Establish and maintain relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters.

•          Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation. 

•          Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally 

•          Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate. 

•          Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
