Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Balance of Plant (EBOP) Lead – O&M to manage and oversee EBOP operations and maintenance across projects. The role requires strong corporate exposure, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on expertise in electrical systems within large power or renewable energy setups.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead O&M activities for EBOP systems including substations, switchyards, transformers, HT/LT panels, and transmission lines
• Ensure high plant availability, reliability, and compliance with safety and statutory norms
• Develop and implement O&M strategies, SOPs, budgets, and performance KPIs
• Coordinate with EPCs, OEMs, utilities, and internal stakeholders at a corporate level
• Monitor electrical losses, outages, and corrective/preventive maintenance programs
• Drive audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance activities
• Support asset management, lifecycle planning, and performance optimization
• Lead and mentor site and regional electrical teams

Desired Candidate Profile
• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 13+ years of experience in EBOP O&M within power, renewable energy
• Strong exposure to corporate office roles (reporting, strategy, governance, multi-site coordination)
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, grid connectivity, and safety standards
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Based at Mumbai (Corporate Office)
• Senior leadership role with cross-functional interface
