Role Overview
We are hiring a Manager – Engineering for utility-scale solar projects. The role involves design finalization, RFP/SOW preparation, vendor coordination, and technical due diligence across project lifecycle.
Key Requirements
✔ Experience in
utility-scale (10–20 MW) ground-mounted solar projects
✔ Strong in
RFP, Tendering & Scope of Work (SOW)
✔ Hands-on with
PVSyst & AutoCAD
✔ Experience in
vendor evaluation & technical due diligence
✔ Strong stakeholder & project coordination skills
Important Note
📍 Interview process will be in-person (F2F) in Delhi NCR – no remote option available
Ideal Candidate: Strong solar engineering professional with hands-on design and project coordination experience.
