Senior Analyst- Research Analytics

Profile  

·        Previous experience in developing and maintaining interactive and visually appealing dashboards using   

Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.  

·        Experience in handling healthcare data (Claims, Trials, RWE) is good to have.  

Educational Qualification  

·     Bachelors / Masters in computer science or related subjects from reputable institution

Experience  

·     Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role with 3-5 years of hands-on experience   

in creating reports and dashboards.  

·     Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the BI domain.  

·     Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.  

·     Ability to work in a start-up environment with a do-it-yourself attitude.  

Skill and Expertise  

·        Proficiency in working with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. The candidate should be able to   

create interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and charts.  

·        Proficiency in Excel is important for data analysis, data manipulation, and creating Excel-based   

dashboards.  

·        Strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is essential for querying and manipulating data from   

relational databases.  

·        Understanding of data modeling concepts to design efficient and effective data structures for reporting and

·        Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest BI technologies, tools, and trends.

Responsibility    

·        Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.  

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them   

into data visualizations and reports.  

·        Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure accurate and consistent data for   

reporting.  

·        Optimize and fine-tune queries and data models for enhanced performance and efficiency.  

·        Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.  

·        Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.  

·        Stay updated with the latest BI tools, technologies, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.  

·        Train end-users on how to use dashboards effectively and provide ongoing support and guidance.
