About the role

We are currently looking to hire a Food Scientist (NPD & Commercialisation) for our healthy snacks brand, Binge On .

We are a well-funded startup based out of Shamshabad, Hyderabad , with a fully set up 80.000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility . Our equipment, infrastructure, and production setup are already in place, and we are now looking for the right leader to take charge of product development and production immediately.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior professional with strong experience in:

Makhana-based products or Chocolate Flavor/Seasoning

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in making products commercially viable at scale , especially in seasoning-based snack products.

The role would involve:

Leading end-to-end product development for Makhana and other healthy snack products with Chocolate Flavor
Developing and finalizing 7 pre-decided flavors , including ingredient formulation and trials
Ensuring shelf life, product stability, and quality standards are met
Translating lab/pilot recipes into commercial-scale production
Working closely with production to ensure consistency and efficiency at scale

We are specifically looking for candidates who have:

Prior experience in Makhana brands or Chocolate Flavored manufacturing
A strong track record of taking products from concept to market
Hands-on understanding of flavor systems, ingredients, and scaling challenges
