Spark Midas Investment Funds is expanding its investment team.
We invest exclusively in
Late-Stage to Pre-IPO opportunities
, partnering with high-quality businesses just before they enter their next
phase of value creation.

Fund II Target AUM : ~₹1,500 Crore
We're looking for an entrepreneurial person who enjoys independent thinking,
rigorous research, and deep business diligence. The role involves working
closely with the Managing Partner on evaluating live investment opportunities
and building high-conviction investment theses.
What You'll Do

Evaluate late-stage and pre-IPO investment opportunities across sectors.

Conduct deep thematic, industry and company research.

Lead on-ground due diligence, including management meetings, plant visits and channel checks.

Assess a new investment opportunity almost every fortnight in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.

Track portfolio companies, continually reassess investment theses and identify key risks and catalysts.

Prepare high-quality investment notes and investor communications.
Who We're Looking For
-
Background : Strong public markets investing experience. Prior private equity experience is welcome, but not essential.

Experience : 8+ years in buy-side or sell-side equity research, with a focus on identifying high-quality small and mid-cap investment opportunities.

Track Record : Demonstrable stock-picking ability across at least one full market cycle and three or more sectors.

Location : Mumbai or Chennai.

Work Style : Predominantly work-from-home, with extensive travel for company meetings, business diligence and portfolio engagement.
