Scope:
The Business Process Analyst serves as the critical link between Savills'
business teams across Asia Pacific and the AI Transformation team. The role
focuses on identifying business challenges suitable for AI solutions,
translating user requirements into actionable delivery plans, supporting
solution development, and driving successful adoption following deployment.
This is a delivery-focused role that combines business analysis, stakeholder
engagement, user enablement, and benefits realization. Success in this role
will be measured not only by the quality of AI solutions delivered, but also
by user adoption, business outcomes, and measurable operational improvements
achieved.
Working from the Bangalore office, the role collaborates extensively with
stakeholders across multiple Asia Pacific markets in a documentation-first,
largely asynchronous operating environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Use Case Discovery & Business Analysis

Engage with business users, process owners, and subject matter experts
across Asia Pacific to understand current operating processes, volumes,
pain points, risks, and cycle times.

Conduct structured virtual discovery workshops, process walkthroughs,
interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.

Document current-state and future-state processes using clear and
consistent business analysis methodologies.

Develop comprehensive AI use case briefs covering:

Business problem statement
-
Current baseline performance
-
Proposed AI intervention
-
Expected business benefits
-
Scope and success criteria
-
Elicit and document functional requirements, user stories, acceptance
criteria, and business rules for AI development teams.

Collect representative data samples, documents, and business scenarios to
support solution development and testing.

Educate business users on data quality, information organization, and
readiness requirements for AI initiatives.
2. Delivery Support
-
Act as the voice of the business within AI delivery squads.
-
Participate in delivery ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning
sessions, and project reviews.
-
Clarify business requirements and resolve requirement ambiguities
throughout the delivery lifecycle.
-
Validate AI outputs against real-world business scenarios and operational
requirements.

Identify, document, and track defects, gaps, and quality issues using
reproducible examples.

Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across
multiple markets.
-
Create test scripts and acceptance criteria aligned with business
objectives.
-
Recruit, brief, and support business testers throughout UAT execution.
-
Consolidate feedback, prioritize issues, and provide implementation
readiness recommendations.
3. Adoption & User Enablement

Develop user-facing documentation to support self-service adoption across
time zones, including:

Quick-start guides
-
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- FAQs
-
Prompt libraries
-
User guides
-
Deliver virtual onboarding sessions, training workshops, and recorded
demonstrations.

Facilitate drop-in clinics and support channels to assist users following
deployment.

Provide hands-on hypercare support during solution rollouts and
stabilization periods.
-
Monitor adoption metrics such as active users, frequency of use,
engagement levels, and drop-off trends.
-
Proactively engage with teams and users where adoption is lower than
expected.
-
Gather post-implementation feedback and maintain a prioritized enhancement
backlog for future releases.
4. Measurement & Reporting

Establish baseline metrics before implementation, including:

Time per task

Operational effort

Measure and report realized benefits following solution deployment.

Track adoption and utilization metrics across deployed AI solutions.

Prepare adoption, benefits realization, and performance reports for the AI
Transformation Director.

Experience & Qualifications
-
4 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement,
digital adoption, change delivery, or similar roles.
-
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and business process
documentation.
-
Practical understanding of Generative AI tools and their application
within business environments.
-
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
-
Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and time
zones.
-
Proven ability to facilitate virtual workshops, training sessions, and
user support activities.
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret adoption
and performance data using Excel or equivalent tools.
-
Highly organized with the ability to operate independently and manage
competing priorities.
Desirable Experience

Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

Experience within real estate, professional services, consulting, or
advisory businesses.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, business intelligence
platforms, collaboration tools, and databases.

Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery and defect
management tools.

Business Analysis, Change Management, or related professional
certifications.
