Role Overview

The Technology Recruiter will support EY India’s Technology Consulting and Digital practices by delivering high-quality talent across emerging and core technology domains. The role requires strong business partnering with hiring leaders, a consulting mindset, and the ability to deliver on both niche and volume hiring mandates while maintaining EY’s global hiring standards and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Technology Hiring: Manage full lifecycle recruitment for technology roles across Consulting, Assurance, and Managed Services.
Hire for skillsets including Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Digital Engineering, QA, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
Execute lateral, niche, leadership, and project-based hiring aligned with business demand.

Business & Stakeholder Partnership

Act as a trusted talent advisor to Consulting Partners, Directors, and Hiring Managers.
Translate business requirements into effective hiring strategies.
Assist the Partners/Directors in their day-to-day operations.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus programs, and strategic vendors.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority and future skills.
Conduct market mapping for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Process, Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with EY Global Recruitment Policies, audit requirements, and risk management guidelines.
Maintain accurate records in EY ATS and reporting dashboards.
Meet agreed SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

Deliver a high-touch candidate experience aligned with EY values and culture.
Represent EY professionally in all candidate interactions.
Support employer branding initiatives, hiring drives, and diversity hiring programs.

Skills & Competencies

Functional

Strong understanding of IT roles and consulting skill requirements.
Experience hiring for consulting firms, Big 4, or large IT services organizations preferred.
Proficiency in ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.

Behavioral

Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced consulting environment.
High ownership, attention to detail, and stakeholder focus.
Ethical mindset aligned with EY’s culture of integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2–6 years of relevant experience in IT/Technology recruitment.
Exposure to diversity hiring and global recruitment processes is an advantage.
