Areas of Responsibility: 

- Full deal cycle, pref 20-100+ Mn deal size experience 
- Complex transactions in PE and MA
- Hold Promoter/Investor level conversation 
- knowledge on sector and deals in this sector 
- Manage execution team 
-  Expertise in structuring and related workings
- Working knowledge of applicable laws 
- Handle external agencies in deals 
- Handle domestic/overseas investors and global corporates 
- Exp in Term sheet, IM/FM prep, handle investors, valuation, DD agencies, definitives, closing. 
- Inputs to and support BD initiatives (no responsibility)
