JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Administration & Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Head of Workthere APAC

JOB OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE

As an Administration & Marketing Executive within Workthere APAC's Global Occupier Services team, you will support the Head of Workthere APAC across the region. This includes creating/designing marketing materials, building property schedules for clients, and managing Website listings with assistance and guidance from the Global Savills & Workthere marketing teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

TRANSACTION COORDINATION:

• Manage internal documentation for accounts.
• Contribute to the formatting and creation of RFP submissions.

MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

• Assist in preparing and designing marketing materials to promote the Workthere brand and capabilities (i.e. property schedules, brochures, creative assets for socials, EDMs, & blogs).
• Support basic copywriting across various platforms such as the company website, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Help manage and update Workthere’s digital and social media presence, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

COMMUNICATION & MEETINGS:

• Attend regional client account calls and internal team meetings.
• Assist in onboarding Serviced Office providers onto the Workthere website.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

• Handle and track day-to-day tasks such as invoicing and document management both internally and externally.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience in creating marketing materials and social media posts.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics & Salesforce).
• IT skills – Microsoft Office, databases, Outlook, Excel (full training will be given in respect of internal systems).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic copywriting and content creation for digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, website, EDMs).
• Understanding of brand tone and messaging.

Education and Certifications

• Degree or diploma in Marketing Design/Business Administration preferred.
