Scope:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior End User Computing Engineer to join our team. The Senior Microsoft EUC Engineer plays a critical role in delivering advanced, enterprise-level end user computing services across the APAC region. This position provides deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365, on premises Active Directory, Entra ID, modern endpoint management, and security/compliance technologies.

The Senior End User Computing Engineer will act as an L2+ escalation point, lead complex technical initiatives, support senior leadership, and ensure our EUC environment remains secure, stable, and modern.

Responsibilities

1. Advanced End-User Support & Escalations

Serve as the L2+ escalation engineer for complex issues across end-user technologies.
Provide senior-level troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
Deliver high-quality VIP support for senior leadership, ensuring timely and discreet resolution of issues.

2. Identity & Directory Services (Active Directory + Entra ID)

Administer users, groups, security attributes, and OU structures.
Create, fine-tune, and maintain Group Policies across multiple domains.
Support hybrid identity environments, including multi-domain, single-tenant setups.
Generate identity, device, and configuration reports from both on-prem AD and Entra ID.
Maintain a secure, compliant identity environment while managing user/device lifecycle.

3. Microsoft 365 Administration

Administer and support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Troubleshoot access, identity, and MFA issues across cloud workloads.
Manage tenant configuration, policies, and license governance.

4. Modern Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune)

Enrol and manage Windows devices within Intune.
Build and maintain Configuration Profiles and Compliance Policies.
Develop and deploy applications through Intune.
Manage Windows Autopatch, Feature Update deployments, and App Protection / App Configuration policies.
Lead end-to-end Autopilot deployment workflows.
Support hybrid device lifecycle operations.

5. Security & Compliance

Manage Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, LAPS, Conditional Access, and security baselines.
Investigate and respond to malware incidents, vulnerabilities, and security findings.

6. Automation & Scripting

Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Graph API, and related technologies.
Produce automated reports for compliance, inventory, and operational insights.

7. Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead EUC transformation initiatives and regional rollouts.
Collaborate closely with Technical Services, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to deliver cross-functional projects.

8. Documentation & Governance

Maintain and improve SOPs, knowledge base articles, and solution architecture documentation.
Produce clear and actionable Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation following incidents.

Job Requirements

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Skills:
Strong expertise with On-Premises Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
Strong PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Graph API and KQL queries.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, Conditional Access, and LAPS.

Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-104)
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102)

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
Experience: Required 8–10 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
