Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling campaigns for D2C or personal care brands, with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads – optional but preferred)
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: setup, A/B testing, scaling, and reporting

Performance Optimization

Monitor KPIs such as:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data

Analytics & Reporting

Track campaign performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
Use attribution models to evaluate channel effectiveness

Creative & Funnel Optimization

Collaborate with design/content teams for ad creatives
Suggest improvements for landing pages and conversion funnels
Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audience segments

Audience & Growth Strategy

Build and scale custom audiences, lookalike audiences
Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns
Identify growth opportunities across channels

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Strong experience with:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms
- Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
Understanding of:
- Conversion tracking (pixels, events, GTM basics)
- Attribution models
Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Experience in D2C / personal care / beauty brands is highly preferred

Good to Have

Experience with:
- Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
- Amazon Ads / marketplace advertising
Tools like Clevertap, WebEngage, or MoEngage
Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing
