Role : PMS Operations

Qualification : Graduate in commerce + MBA in Finance (Preferred)

Location : Mumbai

Experience : Minimum of 4-8 years of experience.

Job Description

• Manage Operations for PMS & Advisory set up
• Managing Client servicing for all Operational matters
• Handle Operations across various Asset & Product class i.e.
  • Direct Equity
  • Mutual Funds
  • Alternate Asset class (Private Equity, Structured Note)
• Handle Operations under the various execution strategies i.e.
  • Discretionary & Non Discretionary (with POA)
  • Advisory model (without POA)
• Responsible for Billing Clients as per agreed fee plan.
• Fund accounting i.e. ensure that Corporate Actions have been credited to the Client a/c, ensure all necessary reconciliations are in place
• Handling audit queries.
• Trade allocation & day end processing
• Ensuring & following compliance requirements, including SEBI reporting.

Skills Required

• Should have a good understanding of Wealth Spectrum software
• Should have worked in Operations Department like PMS, Wealth Management or with a Custodian in Fund Accounting function.
• Should have a good understanding of products across asset class
• Strong process orientation & execution skills
