Role Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining statutory compliance. You will handle end-to-end book-keeping, GST and TDS filings, financial closures, and audit coordination – and report directly to the Head of Accounting and Finance.

You Own This

Day-to-day accounting operations: journal entries, general ledger scrutiny, account analysis, and reconciliations
Monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closures within prescribed timelines
GST compliances: preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, reconciliations, and related corrections
TDS compliances: deduction, payment, reconciliations, return filings, and issuance of certificates
Preparation and processing of sales invoices, e-invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
Vendor accounts payable: invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations
Balance sheet schedules and reconciliation of financial records
Monthly payroll processing: computation, statutory deductions, and disbursement

You Support This

Preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and related MIS reports
Coordinating statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
3–5 years of hands-on experience across a full accounting cycle
Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Nice-to-haves

CA Inter or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in financial services or asset management
Familiarity with SEBI PMS and AIF regulations
