Scope:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager End User Computing to
join our team. The Manager Microsoft EUC will be responsible for leading
strategy, delivery, and operations of the enterprise workplace environment,
with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. This role ensures secure,
reliable, and scalable end‑user services across devices, collaboration
platforms, and identity services, while driving user experience, cost
efficiency, and operational excellence.
The EUC Manager will own design, rollout, lifecycle management, and governance
of Microsoft workplace services and lead L2/L3 support teams and vendors
across regions.
Responsibilities
EUC Strategy & Architecture

Define and own the EUC roadmap aligned with Microsoft’s Modern Workplace
strategy

Standardise end‑user platforms, build images, device policies, and access
models
-
Drive modern endpoint management and cloud‑first workplace adoption
-
Evaluate and introduce workplace enhancements to improve user productivity
and experience
Microsoft Workplace Technologies
-
Lead and manage enterprise deployments and support for:
-
Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
-
Azure AD / Entra ID
-
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office Apps)
-
Windows 10 / 11, patching, security baselines
-
Autopilot, Conditional Access, MFA
-
Ensure governance around configuration, security, and lifecycle management
Endpoint & Device Management
-
Own Windows device lifecycle: provisioning, patching, hardening, compliance
-
Manage desktops, laptops, and mobility services (VDI, remote access if
applicable)
-
Implement zero‑touch provisioning and standard build practices
-
Coordinate OS upgrades, large‑scale rollouts, and migrations
Security & Compliance
-
Partner with Security teams to enforce:

Device compliance and posture management
-
Identity and access controls
-
Endpoint protection and data loss prevention
-
Support audits, compliance reviews, and vulnerability remediation related to
EUC
Operations & Service Management
-
Lead L2/L3 EUC support teams (internal and vendor)
-
Own service delivery KPIs: availability, incident resolution, user
satisfaction
-
Drive problem management, RCA, and continuous improvement
-
Coordinate major incident management affecting end‑user services
Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage EUC vendors, licensing partners, and MSPs
-
Own vendor performance, commercials, SLAs, and renewal decisions
-
Act as the primary EUC point of contact for business stakeholders

Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Security, Application, and ITSM
teams
Leadership & Governance
-
Mentor and develop EUC engineers and leads
-
Drive standard operating procedures and documentation discipline
-
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation of workplace services
-
Contribute to global IT governance forums and transformation initiatives
Job Requirements
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills:
-
Strong expertise with On-Prem Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID.

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.

Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
-
Strong PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Graph API and KQL queries.
-
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
-
Experience with Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, Conditional Access, and
LAPS.
Certifications:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS‑104)
-
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD‑102)
-
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator
-
ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Required 10+ Years of experience in a similar role or industry.
