We are looking for a Product Content Consultant who can understand learner needs, client contexts, and competency frameworks, and translate them into engaging simulations and assessments across industries and roles.

What You'll Really Do

Design simulations, assessments, and AI-powered learning experiences for enterprise clients
Understand client requirements, competency frameworks, and business contexts, and translate them into relevant learner experiences
Research skills, success behaviours, and role-specific challenges across industries and functions
Create content for conversations, business scenarios, simulations, interviews, and assessments
Build prototypes, configure solutions on our platforms, and refine them through testing and feedback
Ensure high-quality delivery of products within agreed timelines

This Role Is For You If...

You have 1–3 years of experience in consulting, L&D, assessments, edtech, or related fields
You can quickly understand new industries, roles, and learner needs
You have strong written communication skills and attention to detail
You enjoy creating practical, engaging learning experiences and solving ambiguous problems
You are execution-focused and comfortable working with AI tools and evolving technologies

Nice To Have

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
Experience in instructional design, talent assessments, or leadership development
Familiarity with competency frameworks and behavioural skills
Experience using AI tools to create or improve content
