About the role
Forward Deployed AI Engineer
Location: India – Remote
Compensation: 2.5 LPM
Client: DocuSign (Direct Client)
Working Hours: Candidates must be available to work till 11:30 AM PST.
Communication: Excellent communication skills are required.
These engineers work directly within development teams to build, iterate, and deploy production-ready agents and automation workflows.
Key Skills
- Framework Proficiency: Deep experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
- Workflow Automation: Building complex, multi-step agent workflows using n8n and Python.
- Technical Connectivity: Seamless integration with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and internal software.
- RAG Expertise: Optimizing retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for accuracy and context efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and refine custom agents using LangGraph and CrewAI within existing team sprints.
- Develop n8n workflows that bridge agent capabilities with legacy business applications.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) to securely expose internal tools and data to LLMs.
- Fine-tune retrieval accuracy for RAG pipelines to ensure high-quality, context-aware responses.
