Appian Lead cum Architect – 8+ Years
Role Summary
- Own end-to-end Appian solution architecture across projects
- Design scalable, reusable, and high-performance systems
- Provide strategic technical leadership and architectural direction
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Appian solutions for complex business requirements
- Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices
- Design reusable frameworks, components, and cross-domain solutions
- Lead integration architecture (REST/SOAP, sync & async APIs, plugins)
- Architect efficient data models (CDTs, Records, Data Fabric, Datastores)
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability
- Analyze logs and optimize performance, bottlenecks, and high-volume processing
- Manage transaction handling and data consistency
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical mentorship
- Drive enterprise-level solution strategy and stakeholder alignment
Required Skills
- 9+ years IT experience with strong Appian expertise
- Deep knowledge of Appian architecture, Data Fabric, Records, Datastores, and Optimization
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (sync/async APIs, messaging systems)
- Experience building reusable frameworks and enterprise solutions
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms for optimized solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Appian Certification – L3 Mandatory
- Experience with AWS / Azure
- Exposure to enterprise architecture and digital transformation
