Key Responsibilities

Agentforce Builder
• Build and configure AI agents in Salesforce Agentforce Builder — including setting up topics, actions,
and instructions as per provided designs.
• Create custom agent actions using Apex and Flow to extend agent functionality.
• Work on prompt templates and test agent behaviour to ensure responses are accurate and within
scope.
• Deploy agents to Salesforce channels (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) and support post-
deployment testing.
• Monitor agent conversations and flag issues or improvements to the team lead.
Salesforce Development
• Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and update Flows, validation rules, and other declarative automation.
• Work with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) for integrations with other systems.
• Write SOQL queries and ensure code is clean, efficient, and well-tested.
Deployment & DevOps
• Handle deployments across Salesforce environments (Dev → UAT → Production) using Salesforce
CLI or Change Sets.
• Use Git for version control and follow the team's branching and commit processes.
• Support CI/CD pipeline runs using tools such as GitHub Actions, Copado, or Gearset.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure unit test coverage meets the 75% minimum.
Collaboration
• Work closely with senior developers, BAs, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
• Participate in Agile sprints — attend stand-ups, update tasks, and raise blockers early.
• Maintain clear documentation for the work you build (configs, deployment steps, known issues).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Builder — building and deploying agents (not just
theoretical knowledge).
• Good working knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce REST APIs.
• Experience deploying with Salesforce CLI or Change Sets.
• Comfortable using Git for version control.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or in progress).
Good to Have
• Exposure to Einstein AI, Einstein Copilot, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with Copado or Gearset for deployments.
• Agentforce Specialist or Platform Developer II certification.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering concepts.
