AI Full Stack Developer

The Role 

We are looking for a product-minded full-stack developer who can own both the backend integration layer and the frontend dashboard experience. You will be the primary engineer building and iterating on the HuemanAI dashboard, the operational brain behind our conversation agent, while also maintaining the backend pipelines that power AI insights, call analytics, and task management. This is a high-ownership role. You will work closely with the founder, use AI-assisted development tools as force multipliers, and ship a real product to real hospitality clients. 

What You Will Build : 

Voice & Conversation Backend 

● Integrate and extend Retell AI webhook pipelines — ingest call transcripts, metadata, sentiment scores, and call categories in real time 

● Configure and tune ElevenLabs voices for branded hotel personas (e.g., per-property AI receptionist characters) 

● Build the post-call processing engine: categorisation, intent extraction, and LLM-based insight generation using AWS Bedrock (Claude) 

● Maintain call storage, retrieval, and search on AWS (RDS/DynamoDB) Analytics & Insights Dashboard 

● Build and iterate on the call analytics dashboard: calls by day/hour, sentiment distribution, top questions, category breakdowns 

● Implement the AI Executive Summary module — LLM-generated monthly revenue insight reports identifying captured revenue, OTA savings, hidden pipeline, and upsell opportunities 

● Build revenue opportunity calculation logic (bookings outside hours × ADR, OTA margin delta, events pipeline estimation)

Task Management System 

● Design and build a task board auto-populated from call insights (e.g., "Follow up with corporate caller — potential B2B account") 

● Priority tagging, assignment to staff, completion tracking, and escalation rules Multi-Property Architecture 

● Implement per-property dashboards with group-level rollup views 

● Build RBAC (role-based access control) for property managers, regional managers, and group admins 

● Ensure tenant-level data isolation across the AWS infrastructure 

Required Skills 

Must-Have 

● Node.js or Python — strong backend development experience; REST API design and async processing 

● AWS — working knowledge of core services: Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB, S3, SQS; familiarity with Bedrock is a strong plus 

● React — building component-driven dashboards; experience with data visualisation libraries (Recharts, Chart.js) 

● PostgreSQL or DynamoDB — schema design, query optimisation, multi-tenant data modelling 

● Webhook integrations — consuming and processing third-party event streams reliably ● LLM API integration — calling OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock APIs; prompt engineering for structured outputs 

● Git & CI/CD — clean version control, deployment pipelines 

Good to Have 

● Experience with Retell AI, ElevenLabs , or similar voice/speech platforms ● Familiarity with AI-assisted UI generation tools 

● Prior work in hospitality tech, SaaS B2B, or multi-tenant platforms ● Understanding of sentiment analysis pipelines and NLP post-processing
