Jira Admin

We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator / Atlassian Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Atlassian products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering Jira Cloud, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM), eazyBI reporting, and Atlassian Marketplace applications. The role requires strong expertise in Jira configuration, automation, reporting, integrations, and Data Center to Cloud migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer, configure, and support Jira Cloud, Confluence, and other Atlassian ecosystem applications.

· Design and maintain workflows, issue types, screens, custom fields, permission schemes, notification schemes, security schemes, and project configurations.

· Develop, optimize, and manage Jira Automation rules to improve operational efficiency and business processes.

· Configure and support Scrum and Kanban boards, dashboards, filters, Agile reporting, and project tracking solutions.

· Develop and maintain eazyBI reports and dashboards for project, sprint, SLA, operational, and executive-level reporting.

· Create advanced eazyBI reports using calculated measures and MDX queries based on business requirements.

· Manage user access, groups, roles, permissions, and governance across Atlassian products.

· Evaluate, implement, configure, and support Atlassian Marketplace applications and integrations.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex Jira, Confluence, JSM, automation, and reporting-related issues.

· Perform bulk updates, data cleanup activities, audits, system maintenance, and platform health monitoring.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to gather requirements and deliver scalable Atlassian solutions.

· Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, operational procedures, and best practices.

· Coordinate with Atlassian Support and third-party vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
