Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security,
workflows/automation, reports, dashboards, and data management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with production support and issue resolution.
Good documentation and communication skills
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
