We're looking for a full-stack developer to join as the first hire. The codebase is a TypeScript monorepo with multiple apps and shared packages - it's mature, opinionated, and in active use.
- *Language:* TypeScript (everywhere)
- *Frontend:* Vue 3 (Composition API), Vuetify, Tailwind CSS
- *Backend:* Node.js, Fastify, Hono. ## Must-have
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong TypeScript - both server and client side
- Experience building full features from backend to frontend
- Vue 3 or React (if React, willingness to work in Vue)
- ORM experience (Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM, Drizzle - any of these)
- Node.js backend experience (Fastify, Express, Hono - any of these)
- Self-directed - reads code to find answers, doesn't ask the same question twice
- Detail-oriented - especially around financial logic and edge cases
- *Database:* PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM
- *Build:* pnpm monorepo, Turborepo
- *Other:* Event-driven architecture, background jobs, PDF generation (React-based)
