Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Manual Testing , QA leadership, and quality strategy. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities, mentor QA teams, and drive quality initiatives across web and enterprise applications. Exposure to automation frameworks and AI-assisted QA practices is highly preferred.

Must-Have Skills

• 11+ years of Software QA experience
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing and QA processes
• Experience leading QA teams and quality initiatives
• Web Application, API, Integration, and End-to-End Testing
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Release Validation
• Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or other automation tools
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or Claude
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across multiple projects
• Define test strategies, quality gates, and release validation processes
• Drive defect management, risk assessment, and quality improvements
• Mentor QA engineers and establish QA best practices
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure high-quality releases
