💼 Experience: 6-8 Years

Key Skills:

• 6-8 years of experience in UX/UI Design or related roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile application design projects.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, UXPin, Balsamiq , or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Interaction Design, Information Architecture, User Research, and Visual Design .
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs .
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS ; JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements, user behavior, and business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback.
• Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Design engaging and user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Stakeholders, and Development teams.
• Present design concepts and ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design systems, and competitor products.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or a related field.
