About the role

Testing QA/Jr. Developer:
- 4+ years of testing experience on Oracle CX
- Work with the development team during 9-week build phase to iteratively test the application functionality and migrated data, and reports; identify root cause and assign back to developer any needed defect fixes.
- Write test scripts. Ensure/work with business that business acceptance criteria is complete.
- Responsible for performing iterative rounds of data migration and exception report management to resolution with the client data owner(s).
- Responsible for Application QA testing
- KT to client T3T and testers, test scripts and review client’s test scripts in advance of UAT.
