Job Description:
We are seeking an Infor WFM Consultant to join the W.I.N.G.S. product team, responsible for configuring and developing Infor Workforce Management modules that power Deloitte's proprietary shift bidding and scheduling product. This role will work on timekeeping, schedule management, and labor compliance configuration for a commercially licensed HCForward product deployed across airline, transportation, and healthcare clients.

Required Skills:

·   3+ years hands-on Infor WFM configuration and development experience

·   Experience with Infor's Scriptable Extensions and Groovy-based custom scripting

·   Understanding of workforce management concepts (timekeeping, absence management, scheduling)

·   Expertise with Advanced scheduling modules-MVS, MR, OTS.

·   Expertise with Infor Integrations-API & File based integrations.

·   Familiarity with multi-market labor compliance concepts (overtime, working time regulations)

·   Basic REST API knowledge for integration touchpoints

·   Agile/Scrum development experience

·   Jira and Confluence proficiency

·   Hands on with Infor Migrations

Responsibilities:

·   Configure Infor WFM modules including timekeeping, time calculation, schedule management, and absence management

·   Write and maintain Groovy scripts for custom business rules and labor compliance logic

·   Support integration testing between Infor WFM and ServiceNow

·   Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives)

·   Document configuration changes and maintain technical documentation

·   Collaborate with QA team on defect resolution and testing support

Product Developer – Infor (Senior Consultant) - DLTJP00059990

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Infor WFM Consultant to lead configuration and development efforts for Infor Workforce Management modules within the W.I.N.G.S. product. This role carries additional technical leadership responsibility, mentoring junior consultants and owning complex configuration and compliance workstreams across multiple markets.

Required Skills:

·   5-7+ years hands-on Infor WFM configuration and development experience is mandatory

·   Deep expertise with Advanced scheduling  modules-MVS, MR, OTS.

·   Advanced proficiency in Groovy scripting  and Infor Scriptable Extensions

·   Form Studio - Workflow Manager

·   Expertise with Infor Integrations-API  & File based integrations.

·   Deep understanding of multi-market labor compliance configuration (Netherlands, Brazil, Canada, etc.) - (good to have)

·   Experience designing and troubleshooting Infor-ServiceNow integration touchpoints (good to have)

·   Strong understanding of SAST scanning processes (SonarQube Groovy analysis) and remediation (good to have)

·   Agile/Scrum development experience  with sprint leadership exposure

·   Experience mentoring junior developers

·   Hands on with Infor Migrations

Responsibilities:

·   Lead technical design and configuration for complex Infor WFM workstreams

·   Own multi-market labor compliance rule configuration and validation

·   Mentor Consultant-level developers on Infor configuration and Groovy scripting best practices

·   Lead root cause analysis and resolution for complex defects

·   Own technical documentation for Infor architecture and configuration decisions

·   Support KT (Knowledge Transfer) sessions for onboarding new team members

·   Collaborate with Product Architect on integration layer design decisions
