You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to build scalable backend systems that power modern fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services.
• Ship new features rapidly and iteratively while maintaining code quality and performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are secure, scalable, and resilient.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations, and contribute to architectural decisi Technical Requirements
• 8+ years of strong backend development experience, preferably in fintech or enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency in Java is mandatory.
• Deep expertise in Microservices architecture , Docker , and Kubernetes .
• Experience in implementing secure, high-availability REST APIs .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and performance tuning.

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Technologies

• Frameworks/Tools : Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, Aerospike
• Monitoring & Logging : ELK stack
• Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Architectural Patterns : Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design
• Bonus : Prior experience with OpenShift or in the BFSI domain

Educational Qualifications
