## ServiceNow Business Analyst – Security & SecOps
**Location:** Remote
**Budget:** Up to 1.6 LPM
**Experience:** 5+ years preferred

### Job Description

We are looking for a **ServiceNow Business Analyst** with strong experience in **Security Operations (SecOps)** and ServiceNow security-related modules.

### Key Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze business requirements for **ServiceNow Security Operations**.
* Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and ServiceNow developers.
* Prepare **BRD, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria**.
* Understand and document **SecOps processes and workflows**.
* Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow Security Operations modules.
* Coordinate with technical teams for requirement clarification, testing, and UAT.
* Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
* Support UAT, defect tracking, and deployment activities.

### Required Skills

* Strong experience as a **ServiceNow Business Analyst**.
* Good knowledge of **ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps)**.
* Understanding of **Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and related security workflows**.
* Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
* Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and integration concepts.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.

### Good to Have

* ServiceNow certifications such as **CSA / CIS-SIR / CIS-VR**.
* Experience working with security, risk, vulnerability, or SOC teams.
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
