We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Salesforce Einstein AI, and automation to support a global Tender & Pricing Transformation program. This role focuses on implementing contract workflows, building AI-powered features, and developing intelligent automation solutions to enhance business efficiency for a global healthcare enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead CLM implementation including contract template management, automated generation, redlining workflows, version control, and e-signature integration (DocuSign/Conga)
• Design and implement AI use cases using Salesforce Einstein (win rate prediction, risk scoring, pricing insights)
• Build Generative AI features for automated content and response drafting using Einstein GPT / Prompt Builder
• Configure Salesforce Agentforce for workflow automation, alerts, and task orchestration
• Develop document intelligence solutions to extract key data and auto-populate Salesforce records
• Build advanced automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Implement contract renewal tracking and compliance monitoring dashboards
• Develop reports and analytics using Salesforce Reports and CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics)
• Ensure AI solutions meet transparency, governance, and compliance requirements
• Support localization and configuration for global rollouts
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and release management
• Maintain technical documentation for AI models, CLM configurations, and integrations

Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flows, LWC, SOQL)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI features
• Experience implementing CLM solutions (Salesforce native, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or similar)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce or AI-driven automation frameworks
• Experience integrating e-signature platforms (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.)
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder for complex automation
• Experience building dashboards and analytics using CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations with external systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Einstein Copilot or Prompt Builder
• Knowledge of NLP or document processing technologies
• Experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain
• Understanding of AI governance or EU AI compliance concepts
• Exposure to GxP validation requirements
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
• Experience with Python or ML frameworks for advanced AI use cases
