Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Consultant (Offshore)- candidates who have experience with US clients or the US market. (C2H)

• Strong Oracle Fusion HCM OTL functional knowledge.
• Experience with schedules, shifts, timecards, punches, breaks and payroll hours.
• Hands-on BI Publisher report development.
• Oracle HCM data-model and SQL expertise.
• SOAP/REST API and HCM integration experience.
• Experience migrating from Kronos or another time-management platform.
• Functional design, mapping, testing and reconciliation capabilities.
• Absence Management knowledge as an added advantage.
• Ability to prepare source-to-target mappings and implement data validation, transformation, reconciliation and error-handling rules.
