Backend engineer

owns the catalogue platform core — national PIN registry and product identity service, the multi-confidence upload pipeline (Brand/OEM → Verified Sellers → Public), claim and certification ingestion with W3C Verifiable Credentials / DID-based issuance, REST and MCP APIs for marketplaces and AI agents, and integrations with HSN / EAN / UPC / GS1, FSSAI, BIS, and Ayush. Builds high-throughput distributed services in Go / Java / Python on event-driven stacks (Kafka, gRPC); strong on schema design, idempotency, eventual consistency, and zero-trust API security. Familiarity with DPI patterns (UPI, Beckn, DEPA) preferred. Vendor-neutral, cloud-agnostic design discipline is required. 4–6 years.
