Overview

The Business Analyst will help maintain requirements/stories enhancement and development for company products using systematic processes. This role will assist in documenting the requirement and executing software test strategies (Acceptance criteria) with plans.

Required Experience and Knowledge

Propose, define, and implement new changes by identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting automation within business workflows.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents and write Epics, Features, and User Stories in tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps with clear and complete acceptance criteria.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of SDLC and Agile Scrum practices, actively contributing to sprint ceremonies and Agile delivery processes.
Use AI tools to enhance requirement gathering, documentation quality, process analysis, and daily business analysis tasks.
Apply SQL knowledge for data validation, requirement analysis, and supporting technical discussions with engineering teams.
Possess foundational understanding of microservices and multi-tenant architecture to collaborate effectively with developers during requirement definition and system design discussions.
Support legacy system migration and modernization initiatives through requirement mapping, gap analysis, and coordination with technical teams.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Architects to ensure requirement clarity, design alignment, and consistency of user experience across the product.
Review existing and proposed functionalities, perform gap analysis, and provide structured feedback to guide product enhancements.
Manage User Acceptance Testing and support Go Live activities, ensuring smooth release execution and stakeholder alignment.
Handle end-to-end project management tasks for assigned units, including planning, tracking, risk identification, and ensuring closure of issues within timelines.
Monitor daily BAU items, maintain up-to-date project status reports, and participate in cross-functional calls with global teams as required.
Conduct product demos and provide training to internal users during releases or when requested, ensuring strong user adoption.
Maintain project documentation and audit-ready artifacts for pre and post go-live reviews.
Perform market research and client feedback analysis to support benchmarking, competitive insights, and product improvement strategies.
