Position Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced and product-driven Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and scaling high-performance applications using modern backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Node.js ecosystems, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures, along with strong frontend capabilities in React.js. This position requires 10–12 years of experience and involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The engineer will also be expected to mentor junior engineers and contribute meaningfully to technical decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript • Build responsive and high-quality user interfaces using React.js • Architect and implement event-driven systems using tools like Kafka and Redis • Work with PostgreSQL and other databases to design efficient data models • Develop and manage microservices-based architectures • Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments via Kubernetes • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making Required Skills: • Strong experience with Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript • Proficiency in React.js for frontend development • Hands-on experience with Redis and event-driven architectures • Experience working with Kafka or similar messaging systems • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems • 10–12 years of overall software engineering experience 

Preferred (Bonus) Skills: • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms • Strong product-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments • Familiarity with CRM systems • Experience in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platforms • Exposure to VoIP technologie
