Requirement: SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

Location -Bangalore or Gurgaon

• Strong functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in SF Compensation
• Strong Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module ( At least 1 implementation project and 1 support project)
• Must be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Able to support Annual compensation cycle including enhancements.
• Good to have Experience in custom compensation statements.
• Good understanding of other SF Modules.
• Stakeholder management and comms skills. Able to lead and drive the compensation area
