AP FICO Test Lead (Utilities Domain)
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Certified Test Lead with a strong background in the Utilities industry to lead functional testing activities across SAP Finance and Procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including hands-on knowledge of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), Invoice Verification, and Payment processing. The role involves leading test planning, test design, execution, defect management, and stakeholder communication while ensuring end-to-end quality assurance across integrated SAP solutions.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in FI-MM integration, the complete Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, and payment processing, including Automatic Payment Program (F110) and FBZP configuration. Experience with payment methods such as Cheque and BACS is essential. Responsibilities include managing SIT and UAT activities, coordinating with business and project teams, reviewing test deliverables, providing status reporting, mentoring testers, and supporting defect resolution through to closure.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills are required, along with experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. SAP FICO certification and prior experience in utility sector implementations or support projects are mandatory.
