Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Remote
Timings: IST
Budget: ₹1.4 LPM

Key Responsibilities:

* Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
* Design enterprise/B2B applications, dashboards, forms, tables, and complex workflows.
* Build and maintain scalable design systems across multiple products.
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
* Ensure responsive design, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA), and consistency across products.
* Review implemented screens and provide clear design specifications to developers.

Must-Have Skills:

* Advanced Figma expertise: components, variants, variables/tokens, auto layout, and prototyping.
* Strong UI/UX, interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design skills.
* Experience with enterprise applications/SaaS and component-based frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
* Hands-on experience creating and maintaining design systems.
* Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and Agile/Scrum.
* Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Good to Have:

* Industrial software, automation, HMI, or machine-operation interface experience.
* Experience designing AI-assisted features and design-to-code workflows.
* Prior experience with EU institutions or international public-sector organizations.
