Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced  Solution Architect  with a strong background in designing scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in multiple technologies and a solid understanding of the  insurance domain .

Key Responsibilities:

·   Design and develop end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business requirements

·   Lead architecture discussions and provide innovative, scalable, and secure solutions

·   Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams

·   Define system architecture, integration patterns, and best practices

·   Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications

·   Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

·   Review code, design documents, and ensure adherence to standards

·   Drive modernization and digital transformation initiatives

Technical Skills Required:

·   Strong experience in  Solution Architecture & System Design

·   Proficiency in:

o   Java / .NET technologies

o   Frontend:  React.js / Angular

o   Backend:  Node.js

·   Experience with Microservices Architecture & REST APIs

·   Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)

·   Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

·   Strong understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)

Domain Expertise:

·   Mandatory experience in the  Insurance Domain

·   Understanding of insurance processes, policies, and systems

Preferred Skills:

·   Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

·   Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns

·   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education:

·   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
