ServiceNow Enterprise Architect (ITSM | HRSD | SAM Pro)

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead end-to-end architecture and solutioning on the ServiceNow platform
● Partner with CIOs and business stakeholders to define roadmap and transformation
strategy
● Drive solution design across ITSM, HRSD, and SAM Pro
● Provide advisory on ServiceNow best practices and governance
● Ensure scalability, performance, and architecture standards
● Support pre-sales and client engagements
Required Skills:
● Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience (6+ years)
● Expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and SAM Pro
● Experience in enterprise architecture, integrations, and governance
● Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience
Preferred:
● ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM/HRSD/SAM)
