Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
 Testing Execution: Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing, functional testing,
integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within D365 Business
Central.
 Test Strategy & Documentation: Design, document, and maintain detailed test
plans, manual test cases, and automated test scripts based on functional
specifications.
 Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like Azure
DevOps or Jira. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and verify fixes.
 System Configuration: Perform system configuration and create test data to
support extension implementation and validation.
 Business Process Validation: Validate core D365 BC processes, including
General Ledger, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
 Collaboration: Work with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to
understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
 Automation (Preferred): Assist in developing and enhancing automated testing
frameworks for regression testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
 Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2–3 years specifically
in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
 Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of D365 Business Central modules
(Finance, SCM, Mfg).
 Testing Methodologies: Strong knowledge of SDLC and software testing
methodologies (manual and automated).
 Documentation: Proven experience in preparing test scenarios and test scripts.
 Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing test cases and bugs.
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information
Systems, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional certifications.
 Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
