About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 4 – 6 years of experience in developing scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes. This is a contractual position for 4 – 6 months, suited for professionals who can quickly adapt to project requirements and contribute from day one.

Lead Hero is a lead management and customer engagement platform that helps businesses capture, qualify, and nurture leads efficiently. It automates lead distribution, follow-ups, and communication across multiple channels to improve response times and conversions. The platform integrates with CRM systems and provides real-time analytics to optimize sales performance. Lead Hero enables sales teams to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and maximize lead conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Develop robust backend applications and RESTful APIs using Ruby on Rails.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and application optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
• Ensure applications follow security, scalability, and best coding practices.
