WPF Developer

Location: Gurgaon

Mode of operation: Work from office (5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain rich desktop applications using C# and WPF.
2. Implement MVVM architecture to ensure clean separation of UI, business logic, and data layers.
3. Write reusable, well‑structured code adhering to object‑oriented programming (OOP) principles.
4. Extend and customize Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) by integrating WPF‑based UI components.
5. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Experience

1. C# – solid hands‑on experience (3+ years preferred).
2. WPF – strong proficiency in XAML, controls, styling, and data binding.
3. MVVM – practical knowledge of view models, commands, and property change notification.
4. OOP – deep understanding of inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and design patterns.
5. Experience integrating WPF UI elements within Office‑based workflows (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

1. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
2. Ability to write unit tests and follow test‑driven development practices.
