Job Summary
We are looking for a Zuora Developer with hands-on experience in Zuora Billing and subscription
management. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Zuora configuration,
integrations, and development, along with experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
● Configure and develop solutions on Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ.
● Work on subscription management, product catalog, billing, invoicing, and payments.
● Develop and maintain integrations between Zuora and external systems using REST/SOAP
APIs.
● Work with Zuora Workflow, AQuA, Data Query, and Zuora APIs.
● Configure products, rate plans, subscriptions, amendments, and billing rules.
● Troubleshoot issues related to billing, invoicing, payments, and integrations.
● Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
● Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment activities.
● Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Required Skills
● 3–5+ years of experience in Zuora development/configuration.
● Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing.
● Must have strong knowledge in Zuora Collections.
● Good understanding of Subscription Management and Product Catalog.
● Experience with Zuora APIs – REST/SOAP.
● Experience with Zuora Workflow, Data Query, and AQuA.
● Knowledge of billing, invoicing, payments, amendments, and subscription lifecycle.
● Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
● Experience with Zuora CPQ.
● Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, ERP, or other third-party applications.
● Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment processes.
● Zuora certifications are an added advantage.
● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
