Salesforce QA (new)

What You'll Do:
 Lead end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce projects, including Health Cloud,
Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce implementations.
 Prepare test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test reports.
 Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project
managers to ensure quality deliverables.
 Manage SIT, Regression, UAT, Integration, and End-to-End testing activities.
 Review business requirements and technical specifications to identify test
coverage and risks.
 Track, manage, and report defects using standard defect management tools.
 Lead a team of testers and provide guidance on testing best practices.
 Ensure test execution milestones are achieved per project timelines and support
production validation and release activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:
 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce testing.
 Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and
related business processes.
 Experience in Functional, Automation, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT
testing.
 Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps,
or ALM, TOSCA, Playwright.
 Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, Flows, validation rules, reports, and
dashboards.
 Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
 Strong defect lifecycle management experience with excellent communication,
analytical, and leadership skills.
 Hands on experience with automation tools like Playwright, Tosca, and CI/CD
exposure.
 Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certs are must have.
